Despite being in a small town and in a small strip mall, this was a pretty good Chinese buffet. Lots of protein options and choices without sticky sweet sauces. Yes, they have an entire steam table dedicated to fried stuff including donuts and crab rangoon and even french fries. Skip that stuff! The interior was mostly clean. I'm not eating off the floor here. The tables were clean and the attentive staff cleared dirty plates as needed.
